Network Administrator

As our network administrator, you will assist the information technology department in design, implementation, monitoring, and support of the credit union’s network, telecommunications, and connectivity infrastructure in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. You’ll be our go-to for support, planning, and project coordination related to local and wide area networks, network security, and third-party connectivity to support our organization in helping members reach their goals no matter how big or small.
Here's what you can expect:

Proactively plan for, design, and manage the lifecycle of network infrastructure, network upgrades, configuration changes, etc.

Proactively plan for, coordinate, and perform network upgrades, firmware updates, configuration changes; implement and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and network circuits.

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure and security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and network access controls.

Provide higher-tier, advanced support for network-related incidents and outages, including troubleshooting complex connectivity and performance issues.

Here’s what we expect:

40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, occasional weekend support

Associate’s degree in information technology or related field required

Minimum of three years of directly related work experience preferred

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
