Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to support our Bismarck office. This position plays an important role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while providing professional, courteous service to clients, visitors, and team members.
The Office Assistant serves as a key member of the office operations team, providing front desk coverage, administrative support, and assistance with a variety of office services functions. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Projecting a professional and friendly image by providing efficient, courteous service to clients and visitors, both in person and by telephone
Opening the office, preparing the reception area for the day, and assisting with office closing procedures
Ordering, stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
Performing general office duties such as making deliveries, running errands, and maintaining office supplies and equipment

Providing general office administration support
Assisting with computer equipment coordination and office moves
Providing administrative support to legal administrative assistants (LAAs), Paralegals and Attorneys as needed
Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional office environment.
High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with desktop technologies
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Client-service orientation and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Other Role Information:

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with some flexibility.
We anticipate this temporary position will last approximately one month, with the possibility of extension.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is required.

The estimated starting pay range is $20–$25/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
