Work Location – Kirkwood Mall, 409 S 3rd St, Bismarck, ND 58504

Status – Full-Time, Hourly - Open Availability - Shifts vary - Must be able to work some weekends.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and keep the team moving with purpose
Create a guest-first experience by delivering excellent food, service, and hospitality
Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with a focus on winning guests back
Organize and supervise shifts that are efficient, upbeat, and well-supported
Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, clear expectations, and encouragement
Provide direction on operational and procedural standards so the team knows how to win each shift
Support performance conversations that help employees grow and improve productivity
Plan ahead for product, staffing, and operational needs to keep the restaurant running smoothly
Train new and current employees on service standards, guest care, and restaurant best practices
Protect and elevate the restaurant’s image while looking for ways to make every visit better
Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees, reduce risks, and complete accident reports promptly when needed
Uphold sanitation, cleanliness, food handling, company policies, operational standards, and federal, state, and local requirements
Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and service every day
Estimate food needs, place distributor orders, and coordinate timely delivery of fresh food and supplies

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a restaurant assistant manager or in a similar leadership role
Experience managing inventory and helping control costs
The ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
A track record of excellent customer service in a management role
Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
A great attitude and a guest-focused personality
POS and Microsoft Office computer skills
A love for having fun at work and helping others enjoy the shift
Passion, pride, and ownership in everything you do
