Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join a collaborative care model between CREOKS and Soaak Clinics. This role integrates talk therapy with Neurofeedback to improve client outcomes in a structured, efficient setting servingMedicaid clients.

Schedule & Expectations

40 hours/week
30 hours/week direct client care
Remaining time for documentation, treatment planning, and admin

Key Responsibilities

Provide 30-minute individual therapy sessions
Serve Medicaid clients
Collaborate with team in an integrated Neurofeedback + therapy model
Complete timely, compliant documentation
Assist with self-scheduling alongside front desk
Maintain ethical and clinical standards

Integrated Care Model

Clients receive a Neurofeedback session immediately before therapy, allowing for more focused, efficient, and outcome-driven sessions.

Neurofeedback Benefits for Clients

Clients complete a 30-minute Neurofeedback session prior to therapy, where they watch a movie while the screen gently fades in and out. This process helps retrain brainwave patterns toward healthier, more efficient functioning.

Neurofeedback helps regulate brain activity, allowing clients to:

Improve emotional regulation and focus
Reduce anxiety, stress, and depression
Increase nervous system stability
Engage more effectively in therapy
Better process trauma and underlying issues

Clients often enter therapy calmer, more present, and ready to engage.

Qualifications

Licensed in Oklahoma (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or under supervision)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Open to integrative, innovative care models
