Position Type: Full-Time (W-2, Salary)
Location: Littleton, CO (mostly in-office in the beginning; remote opportunities may increase in the future)
Schedule: Flexible hours
Training: Provided for all needed software/systems

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, organized Agent Assistant to support the daily operations of our agency. This role is a hands-on mix of scheduling, clerical work, very basic bookkeeping/data support, social media (posting + content creation), event planning, and employee/production activity tracking, along with some personal support tasks as needed (calendar syncing, errands, and researching home project ideas).

There is room for growth—either within the scope of this position or through other opportunities in the office as needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

1) Scheduling & Administrative Support

Review and summarize email/clear and professional writing skills required
Coordinate and update calendars and appointments
Assist with scheduling logistics, reminders, and follow-ups
Complete clerical and organization tasks to keep operations running smoothly

2) Basic Bookkeeping / Data Support

Support simple bookkeeping/data entry tasks (training provided)
Help track assigned items (e.g., payments/records as directed) in our systems
Maintain organized documentation and records

3) Social Media Support (Posting + Content Creation)

Schedule and post content using provided tools
Create content as needed, including drafting captions and preparing simple visuals/materials
Support content calendars and basic engagement/content organization

4) Event Planning & Coordination

Assist with client appreciation events (planning, logistics, checklists, setup/coordination)
Support prospect attraction events (planning and execution support)
Help manage timelines, materials, and day-of organization as needed

5) Employee Tracking & Production/Activity Tracking

Track production and activity using internal systems (training provided)
Maintain accurate records and organized logs/checklists

6) Personal Support (As Needed)

Provide professional personal support tasks as needed, including:
Calendar syncing
Errands / task coordination
Researching and organizing home project ideas
Maintain confidentiality and handle all tasks professionally

Qualifications

Entry-level friendly; training provided for software and processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable time management and ability to follow through
Comfortable working on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication
Basic familiarity with calendars, spreadsheets, and social media is a plus (not required)

Email Inbox is organized and quick responses
Schedules are accurate, updated, and communicated clearly
Bookkeeping/data tasks are completed correctly and on time
Social media stays consistent and organized
Events are supported with clear checklists and smooth coordination
Production/activity tracking is maintained accurately
