Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital to maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess strong technical skills, ready to handle a variety of tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and client satisfaction, making this an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their bookkeeping career. Hourly pay is dependent on experiene. Hours are flexible.

Duties

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for owner review
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Provide general support ie ordering parts, maintaining inventory, and other duties as needed

Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience with clerical duties
Technical proficiency in data entry, file management, and productivity software tools
Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
