Full Job Description

Summary

Riverbend Management is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (A/P A/R) Clerk (familiarity with the trucking industry preferred).

The ideal AP/AR Clerk candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with various administrative and financial tasks.

AP/AR Clerk Qualifications

Accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping experience preferred
Effective communication skills across all levels of staff
Ability to manage concurrent projects with attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Payroll experience a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Contribute to team efforts as needed

AP/AR Clerk Responsibilities

Enter, code, and pay vendor invoices
Create and send customer sales invoices
Perform account reconciliations
Complete assigned administrative tasks
Assist with month-end close procedures on time
Track capital expenditure spending
Coordinate accurate timecard submissions with a third-party payroll provider each pay period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
