Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Mountain Sky Properties is a regional real estate company serving all of Southwest Virginia, New River Valley, parts of North Carolina and West Virginia. We have 4 offices in Virginia: Blacksburg, Bland, Hillsville and Wytheville. Our agents and staff work closely together in a team-like atmosphere. We are locally owned and love calling Southwest Virginia our home.

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to assist our 4 Office Administrators who have too large a workload as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all our software programs which assist agents in keeping up with their transactions and help anyone inquiring about real estate. This position requires strong work values, being able to work on your own without supervision. The ability to learn and master various real estate software programs. This position requires going to all four of our offices whenever one is short-handed due to an office staff being out or to conduct agent training at various offices. They need to be a very quick learner with a strong desire to assist whoever necessary and be a team player. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM with a lunch break.

Responsibilities

Help assist other staff members as needed with their workload
Learn various real estate software programs
Be a great manager of time and be able to prioritize tasks
Be adaptable in order to help wherever needed and at any of our locations
Confidentiality is absolutely required. No drama permitted.
Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Be reliable and dependable to show up each day ready to accomplish your tasks.
Able to report at whichever office location you are needed.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
