Twin City Staffing is hiring a machine operator for a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company in Fridley, MN! This second-shift opportunity is perfect for candidates with specific press or cutting experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and want long-term growth. Location: Fridley, MN

Wage: $20.00 – $28.00/hr. (Based on experience)

Hours: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the machine operator:

Set up and operate production machinery according to specific work instructions, drawings, and job orders
Load materials, accurately position parts, and support overall production and team goals
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met and complete quality documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

Requirements of the machine operator:

High school diploma or GED with prior professional manufacturing experience
Proven experience operating at least one of the following: punch press, printing press, waterjet, or rotary die cutter
Strong mechanical inclination with experience using hand tools, power tools, and reading basic part drawings
Basic math, computer, and communication skills to document production accurately
Physical ability to stand for the shift and lift 40+ lbs. to shoulder height
