Menu Development: Design and innovate menus that reflect the resort’s brand and cater to diverse guest preferences, including special dietary requirements.
Culinary Excellence: Prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, storage, and management of all kitchen supplies and ingredients, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to receive feedback and make adjustments to enhance their dining experience.
Budget Management: Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a resort or high-end restaurant.
Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Skills: Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
