Full Job Description

Job Overview
Event Hosts are the welcoming face of Legacy 925 for groups, parties, and corporate bookings. They ensure every guest feels guided, celebrated, and stress-free while moving seamlessly between attractions. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, event management, and creating enjoyable experiences for all ages.

Duties

Guest Welcome: Review of BEO, greet groups at check-in, introduce the facility, and serve as their main point of contact
Activity Coordination: Guide guests through scheduled activities (bowling, go-karts, axe throwing, golf simulators, etc.), keeping events on time, provide time warnings for activities and VIP room rentals
Hospitality Support: Assist with food and beverage coordination, seating, and special requests day of
Experience Creator: Keep energy high, troubleshoot issues, and ensure guests feel cared for
Setup: Prepare event spaces before arrival (tables, decorations, favors, signage) and reset/clean after events to ensure smooth transitions
Wrap-Up: Thank guests, distribute favors (if applicable), confirm billing, and invite them back
Brand Ambassador: Represent Legacy 925’s values of fun, gratitude, and storytelling in every interaction
Upsell
Table dismissal for Event Center events
Be present and act as Point of Contact for Senior All Night parties, which are overnight

*This is a physically active position that requires standing for extended periods and lifting/moving tables, chairs, and equipment alike.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences. Candidates should be enthusiastic, personable, organized, coachable and committed to providing outstanding customer service in a lively environment. This position is an active role that requires physical activity, requiring lifting and moving equipment as needed. Our building is roughly 200,000 square feet so we recommend comfortable shoes :)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
