Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to run our property and keep the property running optimally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities, and implement proactive strategies that enhance equipment reliability and safety. As a key leader in facilities management, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate complex projects, and uphold the highest standards of mechanical, electrical, and systems maintenance. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive environment that supports our company's growth and operational excellence. We also provide housing on property.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment.
Lead troubleshooting efforts using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, high voltage systems, and other automation controls.
Manage the preventive maintenance program utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule inspections, track work orders, and optimize maintenance workflows.
Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational specifications.
Coordinate with project management teams for facility upgrades or new equipment installations while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to electrical work (including high voltage/low voltage), machinery operation, and general facilities management.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics updates, and compliance documentation for audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications
Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments with strong leadership skills.
Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience—familiarity with schematics, Ohm’s law measurements using tools like ohmmeters, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, high voltage/low voltage electrical systems, and industrial machinery.
Proficiency in facilities management practices including CMMS software utilization for work order tracking and asset management.
Strong understanding of schematics interpretation for troubleshooting complex systems.
Demonstrated project management skills to oversee installation projects or system upgrades effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
