We are a mother-daughter-owned dental practice that truly cares about our team, our patients, and the future we’re building together.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for the right Office Manager to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Office Manager who wants more than simply managing day-to-day tasks.

In this role, you will:

Take full ownership of office operations and team performance

Drive schedule efficiency, production, and collections

Lead and develop both front and back office teams

Create structure, accountability, and consistency throughout the office

Play a key role in shaping systems and improving workflows

This is a position where your leadership will directly impact the success and growth of the practice.

Growth Path

Step 1: Operational Control

Take ownership of scheduling, team coordination, and daily performance.

Step 2: System & Team Development

Improve processes, build accountability, and elevate overall team performance.

Step 3: Leadership Expansion

Grow into a higher-level operational or multi-location leadership role as the practice continues to expand, with significant compensation growth opportunities.

Requirements

Prior dental office management experience — Required

Strong knowledge of Dentrix — Required

Bilingual (Spanish) — Required

Dental Intelligence experience is a plus

Proven ability to manage teams and improve office performance

Strong organizational and communication skills
