```Job Overview```
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Servers at our Lighthouse Café that sits right out on Lake Lemon just north of Bloomington and Nashville, Indiana. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patrons. If you have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, enjoy working in a laid-back, fun, and recreational environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of food (hot, cold, and icy) and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (must be 21 years old and have or be willing to obtain a alcohol serving license)
- Accurate and swift operation of modern point of sale equipment
- Experience taking credit and handling cash transactions (ability to quickly make change)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen area .

- Understand and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of the food industry and catering practices
- Experience in food preparation and clean up
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system and handling credit cards and cash in a safe and accurate manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
