General Requirements (All Positions)
To maintain the quality of our art education, all applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine Arts or a related art major is required.
- Relevant majors include, but are not limited to: Fine Arts, Painting, Oil Painting, Chinese Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Illustration, Visual Communication Design, Art & Design, Digital Media Art, Animation, and Art Education.
- Applicants without an art-related degree will not be considered.
- Passion for teaching children and a high level of professionalism.
- Responsible, emotionally stable, and possess strong communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and commit to long-term employment.
- Applicants with an exceptional sense of responsibility, compassion, patience, and a genuine love for working with children will be given priority.
Position 1: Academic Drawing / Traditional Fine Arts Teacher (Teacher or Assistant Teacher)
(Sketching Classical Drawing Traditional Fine Arts)
Position Overview
We are seeking a teacher or assistant teacher with a strong foundation in traditional drawing and academic art training. This position focuses on helping students develop solid drawing fundamentals, observational skills, and technical abilities.
Applicants with 2–3 years of art teaching experience are strongly preferred.
Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate techniques and provide effective corrections to student work.

Responsibilities
- Teach academic drawing and sketching classes.
- Help students build strong artistic fundamentals.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials before class.
- Maintain an organized and professional classroom environment.
- Participate in studio exhibitions, competitions, and educational activities.
Position 2: Creative Mixed Media Art Teacher (Teacher or Assistant Teacher)
(Creative Art Mixed Media Children’s Art Education)
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative teacher or assistant teacher who can inspire students through a wide range of artistic materials and creative projects. The ideal candidate should be able to encourage originality, imagination, and artistic expression while creating engaging classroom experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong artistic creativity and design thinking.
- Experience working with a variety of art materials, including but not limited to:
- Acrylic
- Watercolor
- Markers
- Colored Pencils
- Oil Pastels
- Collage
- Mixed Media
- Ability to independently design lesson plans and classroom projects.
- Strong classroom organization and communication skills.
- Experience teaching children is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach creative art and mixed media classes.
- Guide students in developing original artwork and creative thinking.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom materials.
- Assist students with projects and competition artwork.
- Participate in studio exhibitions, competitions, and educational activities.
