Join Our Team

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Coordinator who takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys detailed administrative work, takes satisfaction in accuracy and completion, and is comfortable handling recurring responsibilities that require consistency and follow-through

Some parts of this role are consistent and process-driven—such as payroll and billing—while other parts require you to adapt quickly as questions, adjustments, and requests come in throughout the day. The right person enjoys that balance and finds satisfaction in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will thrive in this role if you are someone who holds yourself to high standards, pays close attention to detail, and follows established processes carefully. You are professional, responsive, and supportive to teammates, stepping in to help when needed while staying focused on getting the work done accurately and on time.

This is an important role that helps ensure drivers are paid correctly, invoices are accurate, and operations run efficiently across the organization.

What You'll Do

Process weekly driver payroll and assigned customer invoicing accurately and on time.
Review and analyze pre-processing reports to ensure payroll and invoices are correct before final submission.
Work closely with operations managers, dispatchers, drivers, and HR to gather and verify payroll data including adjustments and special payments.
Understand contract terms and billing structures to ensure invoices are accurate.
Maintain communications with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time.
Respond to payroll questions from drivers and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams to identify and resolve payroll or billing issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all work.
Provide backup support for payroll and billing functions when needed.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and create greater efficiency for both drivers and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, billing, accounting support, administrative support, or office coordination required.
Experience working in a fast-paced professional office environment with multiple deadlines and high accuracy expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and data entry functions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions, and maintain attention to detail throughout the day.
Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and complete work accurately and consistently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
