Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Duties

Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
Handle guest payments, authorizations, and maintain accurate cash and credit card records.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and nearby restaurants.
Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
Monitor the hotel lobby and front desk area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
Assist with other front desk and administrative duties as assigned.
