Primary responsibilities for this full-time position in Bloomington, IL include:
· Mow, trim, maintain all Bloomington yards
· Load and haul buckets\attachments, lumber\forms and materials to job sites in all areas with truck and trailer
· Must have certification or be able to learn and be certified on warehouse and rough terrain forklifts
· Responsible for light mechanical work includes: trailer wiring, wheel bearings, springs, and general maintenance on trailers
· Tasked with daily yard security and locking up all yards\all properties at night
· Maintain yard inventory of all attachments and buckets for all heavy machinery
· Ability to communicate effectively with office and field construction personnel is required.
· General cleaning and maintenance of Shop areas

Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license (Class A license preferred), and a good driving record. Candidate must pass a D.O.T. physical. Successful candidate will have experience in how to load, secure, haul and back in trailers. Must possess basic computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Physical requirements include: ability to perform physical work on a regular basis, able to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time, climb, step up and down periodically, and the ability to lift, move, and carry 75 lbs on a regular basis. Working hours are generally 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday, but candidate must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
Hourly rate is negotiable based on relevant experience.
