ABOUT THE ROLE
Part relationship builder. Part project manager. Part problem solver. As a Media Client Success Manager, you'll serve as the trusted day-to-day partner for clients running TV, radio, and other offline media campaigns. You’ll quarterback work across the agency, lead projects from kickoff through the entire account life cycle, keep clients and internal teams aligned, and anticipate challenges before they become roadblocks. KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
- Build trusted relationships through responsive, proactive, and thoughtful communication.
- Prepare agendas for and lead routine client status meetings.
- Document and communicate decisions, next steps, owners, and deadlines.
- Ensure expectations, responsibilities, and timelines are clear internally and externally.
- Facilitate productive conversations and guide clients toward decisions and outcomes.
- Navigate emerging concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Gradually assume ownership of larger and more complex client relationships.
Project & Workflow Management
- Coordinate work across creative, media, digital, production, and analytics teams.
- Build, maintain, and own project timelines and milestones.
- Keep projects moving and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
- Manage client approvals, feedback, and revisions.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the expected standard.
Account Administration
- Communicate monthly media budgets to clients and internal teams.
- Track client budget approvals and support accurate, timely invoicing.
- Maintain organized client records, project documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate the preparation, delivery, signature, and storage of statements of work, contracts, and related documents.
Reporting & Analysis
- Gather performance data and prepare recurring campaign reports.
- Monitor dashboards and identify meaningful trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights for client presentations and internal discussions.
- Connect campaign performance to client goals and broader business outcomes.
Internal Coordination
- Lead internal campaign kickoff meetings.
- Coordinate production and project-specific working sessions.
- Clarify responsibilities, decisions, deadlines, and next steps.
- Follow up on outstanding work and hold owners accountable to commitments.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and agency processes.
Supporting Business Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of work through day-to-day client conversations.
- Recognize emerging client needs, concerns, and business challenges.
- Bring potential growth opportunities to agency leadership.
- Assist with proposal development and scope definition.
- Support presentations and pitches through research, information gathering, deck development, and note-taking.
Strategic Thinking
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they are explicitly requested.
- Connect campaign performance to client objectives and business outcomes.
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on data, client goals, and agency expertise.
- Bring potential solutions, not just problems, to agency leadership.

Experience
- At least three years of experience in agency account services, client services, or a similar client-facing role, with evidence of increasing responsibility.
- Proficiency with project management, reporting, and presentation tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with television, radio, and print media is preferred.
Location Requirement
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Bloomington, Minnesota office near Interstate 494 and France Avenue.
