Full Job Description

Are You the Person Who Notices What Everyone Else Misses?

We're looking for an Inventory Specialist who is more than just a counter. We need someone who takes ownership, pays attention to the smallest details, and continuously looks for ways to improve how inventory is managed while working within established procedures and systems.

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated professional who enjoys both the routine discipline of inventory control and the challenge of investigating discrepancies, solving problems, and making operations better.

What You'll Do

Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes rather than simply making adjustments.
Maintain accurate inventory records within SAP and other inventory systems.
Utilize RF scanners and warehouse technology to support inventory integrity.
Partner with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues and improve processes.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen inventory controls.
Support physical inventory counts and special inventory projects.
Communicate inventory trends, concerns, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous inventory, warehouse, or cycle counting experience preferred.
Experience with SAP, WMS systems, and RF scanners is a plus.
Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
Ability to operate order picker and lift equipment up to 26 feet.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels.
