Job Title: Specialist - Quality Engineering
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Management Professional with strong expertise in Coordination Analysis and Project Management
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end project delivery stakeholder engagement testing lifecycle coordination and business analysis activities within insurance transformation programs
- The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Cycle Testing Coordination defect governance release planning and cross functional team management
- Exposure to Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations enhancements or support projects is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:
A) Project Program Management:
- Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across business development testing and production support teams
- Track project milestones dependencies risks issues and action items
- Drive project governance meetings and provide executive level status reporting
- Ensure adherence to project schedules quality standards and delivery commitments
B) Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Facilitate requirement workshops impact assessments and solution discussions
C) Testing Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end testing activities including SIT UAT Regression and Production Validation
- Manage test schedules defect triage meetings and release readiness reviews
- Work closely with QA business teams and technical teams to ensure defect resolution within SLAs
- Publish testing dashboards metrics and quality reports to leadership
D) Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with client stakeholders’ business user’s product owners and technology teams
- Provide proactive communication on project progress risks and mitigation plans
- Facilitate decision-making through data driven insights and analysis
E) Guidewire ClaimCenter Support Preferred:
- Participate in ClaimCenter enhancement implementation or maintenance initiatives
- Understand claims lifecycle processes and coordinate business and testing activities related to ClaimCenter modules
- Support requirement analysis and testing efforts involving ClaimCenter functionalities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology business or related discipline
- 10 years of experience in Project Management Coordination or Business Analysis roles
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle SDLC and Testing Life Cycle STLC
- Proven experience managing largescale testing cycles and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with distributed global teams

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Benefits
Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
