Full Job Description

REMAX is a fast-paced real estate company with 24 offices in the Twin Cities area. We are seeking an individual to act as the Office Leader in our Minnetonka location. This position is the most visible function in the office and is responsible for handling all front desk duties cheerfully, competently, timely, and professionally.

Schedule:

8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday in Minnetonka, MN.

Qualifications:

Preferred: Real Estate experience
Required: Reliability and Adaptability.

Ability to work autonomously, but wants to contribute to the team and company!

Overview

It is imperative that we create a positive work environment for our associates! As the Office Leader, you will be supporting those who have the largest single impact on the office environment. To be successful, you will need to be a leader, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

1. Lead by example and be available to your team.
2. Have a sense of urgency.
3. Maintain a productive, professional, exciting environment focused on results.
4. Support the entire team to successfully and accurately complete tasks.
5. Actively support other Office Leaders with busy offices when not busy.
6. Adhere to proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices, and company policies.
7. Ensure the “tour-ready” office appearance.
8. Promote teamwork and maintain office morale while supporting the team to positively achieve goals while building and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
9. Promote business development and retention while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and energy as well as an ability to make decisions and accept responsibility.
11. Provide input, support, and solutions to ensure the success of the strategic plan for the business.
12. Build affinity and loyalty with associates and the team.
13. Create an ecosystem that is continuously improving.

Support all Facilities

Understand your facility and be available to assist with facility operations.

Specific Duties

Answer telephone: handle multiple lines, redirect calls, and take messages.
Enter new listing information into the national database, MLS and execute the listing life-cycle process.
Schedule and confirm showing requests: Include proper documentation in ShowingTime.
Follow systems to properly record and process earnest money, checks, and ALTA’s.
Manage files on our paperless system, Skyslope.
Perform operations within TrustFunds and understand the courier system for commission check distribution.
Build relationships with associates and greet guests with great customer service.
Answer associate questions/requests and include appropriate follow-up.
Assist associates with office equipment (copier, fax, printer, binding equipment, UPS, bulk and business reply mail, etc.)
Activate/terminate associates on office equipment (copier, Skyslope, mailbox, office calendars, etc).
Attend to office equipment, resource rooms, and conference rooms
Pull printer and postage reports monthly.
Distribute mail.
Order office supplies .
Update office slideshow as directed, and when associates are activated/terminated.
Organize monthly office events.
Distribute birthday/anniversary cards for associates and their children.
All other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties

Courier bags/client greeting/scheduling for Trademark Title
Bringing UPS, FedEx, and mail, and checks back to Trademark Title

Job Type: Full-time
