About Us

WonOver Images is a Minneapolis-based visual media studio specializing in high-impact real estate photography and video. We partner with real estate professionals, builders, and property managers to create compelling imagery that helps listings stand out, drive interest, and close faster. Our style blends clean composition with storytelling to highlight not just the structure, but the feeling of a space.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture and deliver high-quality visual content for residential and commercial properties across the Twin Cities. You’ll be working on-location, often independently, to shoot listing photos, walkthrough videos, drone footage (if certified), and occasionally lifestyle content that elevates the story of the space.

Responsibilities

Photograph and/or film real estate listings with an eye for lighting, composition, and clarity
Use appropriate gear and settings for interior/exterior architecture
Capture smooth, professional video walkthroughs (stabilized footage)
Operate drone (if certified) for aerial photography/video when requested
Upload Photos and Videos to at the end of each day
Communicate professionally with agents, homeowners, and property managers
Follow brand and style guidelines, while maintaining consistent image quality
Manage your schedule to arrive punctually and prepare efficiently at shoot locations

Qualifications

Experience shooting real estate or architectural photography (portfolio required)
Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and gimbals
Strong attention to detail, with an ability to deliver polished final images and videos
Ability to work independently and meet fast turnaround times
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred

FAA Part 107 drone certification
Familiarity and experience with real estate photography
Experience with virtual tour software (e.g., Matterport) is a plus
