The Role

As a BCBA, you will operate as a clinical leader. You will design, implement, and oversee highly effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. Beyond direct client care, you will serve as a vital mentor—supervising and guiding our BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior instructors to ensure the highest standard of clinical excellence across in-center, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Program Design

Provide individual, group, and family interventions across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, utilizing principles like DTT, NATS/NET, and VB.
Conduct initial Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and continuous data analysis to update and optimize Individual Treatment Plans.
Assess treatment needs, write detailed goals, and track measurable progress.

Leadership & Supervision

Conduct face-to-face supervision for clients and RBTs on your caseload.
Train parents, behavioral intervention providers, and other professionals on implementing ABA strategies.
Recruit, interview, train, and manage Level I, II, and III EIDBI providers.
Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide career counseling for behavior instructors.

Collaboration & Case Management

Lead internal and external client team meetings (every 3-6 months) to update plans and support parents/instructors.
Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition meetings to present performance levels and proposed goals.
Consult seamlessly with parents and school personnel in person, via phone, or through telemedicine.
Maintain continuous, effective communication with the QSP and Leadership Team.

Required Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, human development, social work, or a related field.
Certification: Active BCBA certification and completion of the BACB 8-hour Supervisor Training course (must maintain necessary CEUs).
Clinical Experience: 5+ years working as a behavior therapist implementing ABA interventions for children with autism.
Supervisory Experience: 4+ years designing ABA programs for children with autism and training parents/instructors on implementation.
Technical Knowledge: Strong experience conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA).

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual.
3+ years of experience working as an RBT Supervisor.
2+ years of experience as an EIDBI Level 1 Provider working with children (ages 2-21) diagnosed with autism and related conditions.
5+ years of experience specifically working with older children/teens (ages 10-18) with autism and related conditions.
Process-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
A creative problem solver who actively participates in a continuous improvement culture.
