Front Desk Associate

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Join Our Team!

Sleep Inn Princeton is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records and follow company procedures.
Promote hotel amenities and local attractions when appropriate.
Keep the front desk, lobby, and work area clean and organized.
Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support the overall operation.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person!
