Customer Service Representative | Hubbard

Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Hiring: Level 1 or Level 2

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: In-Person| Hubbard, OH

TIER 2 THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. HANDS-ON EDI, CSI AND CUSTOMER RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Candidates will be considered based on experience level (Level 1 vs. Level 2), with more experienced service representatives prioritized for higher-level roles.

Experience Level: Level 1

Pay Range: $16-18 per hour

Hiring for Dayshift

Dayshift Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

1 Hr. Un Paid Lunch with the option to work through, pending workload.

*Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand

Level 1: Requirements

Basic PC understanding, navigation and functionalities.
Willing to be trained in required areas for job scope.
Obtain Customer Pricing, availability, and ETA for back-ordered items to the customer.
Cross reference for Item Numbers.
Supply Customer with Purchase Order Tracking.
Order Entry and Order Verification.

Experience Level: Level 2

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00

Supply Customer with Purchase Order Tracking.
Order Entry and Order Verification
Answer inbound phone call from customers.
EDI Order Processing
Create, track and see through Customer Satisfaction reports.
Includes replacement orders, Credits, Debits, Returns, and Carrier Freight Claims.

Essential Functions of Customer Service Representative:

Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area
Detects and reports questions, needs or concerns conditions to the department manager
Support Sales goals by ensuring quality and timely output
Demonstrates working knowledge of required resources and uses them accurately
Performs required data entry tasks with attention to detail
Performs Customer Service roles accurately and effectively
Effective communication is a must, internally and externally.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, speak, read and type. This position is sedentary and has a low opportunity for standing, or walking, however standing desks are provided. The employee is expected to be at their workstation regularly and rarely travel onto the production floor.
