2. Trading Analyst / Platform Operator — Crypto Derivatives

Crypto Trading · Location: Fort Lauderdale · Type: Full-time Compensation: $70,000-$75,000

About the role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed operator to run the day-to-day trading side of our automated crypto platform. You’ll place subscriptions on the exchanges, enter them into our trading dashboard, and make sure every position, hedge, and cycle is behaving correctly. You’ll be the person who notices when a number looks off — and works with our developer to get it fixed.

This role is about diligence and accuracy. If you like systems that have to balance to the cent and you enjoy catching the small discrepancy nobody else spots, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do

Operate the platform’s day-to-day trading and place subscriptions directly on the exchanges.

Accurately enter and manage subscriptions in the trading dashboard.

Monitor positions, hedges, and trade cycles to confirm the system is behaving as expected.

Reconcile across multiple exchange accounts and confirm balances are correct.

Verify that PnL is recorded accurately; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Watch system health and flag anomalies, errors, or unexpected behavior quickly.

Work closely with the developer to report bugs, suggest improvements, and validate fixes.

Keep clear operational records and document recurring issues and edge cases.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, consistent approach.
Comfortable navigating crypto exchanges and trading interfaces.
Solid understanding of core trading concepts: PnL, fees, positions, and hedging. Strong with numbers and reconciliation — able to spot when something doesn’t add up. Reliable and disciplined; comfortable with the routine of ongoing monitoring.
A clear communicator who can describe a problem precisely to a developer.

Nice to have

Experience trading crypto derivatives, dual investment, or other structured products. Familiarity with Bybit or similar exchanges.
Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
Light scripting or technical literacy (reading logs, basic Python / SQL).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
