Registered Nurse

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Job Type: Part - time (Mon-Wed-Fri)

About VIVAE: VIVAE is a regenerative health and wellness clinic focused on innovative preventative and personalized care. In our boutique clinical setting, we offer services including IV therapy, hormone optimization, weight management, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, blood work, and aesthetic treatments. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, professional environment where clients can take a proactive approach to their health and wellness.

Role Overview: We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. This hands-on role is focused on providing safe, high-quality patient care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

The RN will work alongside our medical provider to administer prescribed treatments, perform blood draws, monitor patients, and provide an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is confident with IV placement and injections, highly organized, personable, and interested in preventative health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IV therapies, vitamin injections, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with provider orders and established protocols.
Perform venipuncture and blood draws for laboratory testing.
Conduct nursing assessments, obtain vital signs, review relevant patient information, and communicate findings to the appropriate medical provider.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions or clinical concerns.
Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and provider-directed aftercare instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Follow all clinical protocols, infection-control procedures, safety standards, and applicable Florida nursing regulations.
Maintain treatment rooms, clinical supplies, and medication inventory to ensure the clinic remains organized and prepared.
Collaborate with providers and other team members to support efficient clinic operations and a seamless patient experience.
Help create a warm, professional, and client-centered environment consistent with VIVAE's standards of care.
Assist with social media

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
Current BLS certification.
Strong IV placement, venipuncture, and injection skills preferred.
Previous experience in IV therapy, outpatient care, wellness, aesthetics, hormone therapy, or a related clinical setting is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
Interest in preventative health, wellness, and longevity medicine is a plus.

Training on VIVAE's specific services, protocols, and treatment offerings will be provided to the right candidate.
