Full Job Description

We are a rapidly growing, Boca Raton-based dermatology and aesthetics practice with a stellar reputation in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Our aesthetician group is expanding fast, and we are looking for a hands-on experience Medical Spa Manager to lead it -- someone who runs the med spa AND has first hand experience treating patients, not a manager who only sits in an office.

This is a dual role. You will manage the med spa across our locations while carrying your own treatment schedule. You hold both a Florida Electrologist license (which permits you to operate our lasers) and a Florida Facial/Full Specialist (medical aesthetician) license -- and you use both every week. You primary responsibility will be to build and lead our growing aesthetician team, own the retail skincare line, and drive the promotions and events that fill the schedule.

What You Will Do

Hands-on treatment (a real part of the week):

Perform laser hair removal and other laser/light treatments under your Electrologist license, under physician supervision.

Provide medical aesthetician services -- facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion.

Carry your own book of patients alongside the team.

Lead the team:

Hire, onboard, train, and schedule a growing aesthetician team.

Set the standard for patient experience and clinical technique.

Coach and mentor -- you are the person the team learns from.

Run the med spa across locations:

Manage day-to-day operations at multiple offices.

Keep protocols, safety, and service quality consistent across every location.

Product and retail:

Own the skincare product line -- inventory, ordering, par levels, and shrinkage control.

Drive retail sales and train the team to recommend the right products.

Growth -- promotions and events:

Plan and run promotions that fill the schedule and move product.

Organize med spa events -- open houses, laser and injectable events, and product launches.

Requirements

Active Florida Electrologist license -- REQUIRED (this is what permits laser operation in Florida).

Active Florida Facial/Full Specialist (medical aesthetician) license -- REQUIRED.

Experience in a med spa or aesthetics practice, ideally with both laser and skincare services.

Genuine willingness to work hands-on and treat patients -- this is not an office-only role.

Leadership experience, or clear readiness to lead and grow a team.

Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations.

Skincare product and retail sales experience.

Nice to Have

Prior med spa management or team-lead experience.

Track record building retail and product sales.

Experience planning promotions or events.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission and bonus on services and product/retail sales. Compensation is competitive and reflects both your clinical production and your leadership of the team -- the more the med spa and your team grow, the more you earn.
