About the Opportunity
We are a portfolio of five growing companies spanning health insurance distribution, BPO operations, and telehealth. We move fast, build real products, and we need a sharp, hungry technologist to own our development ecosystem — not in five years, now.
This role is built for a recent graduate or early-career developer who is technically strong, AI-fluent, and ready to step into a leadership seat on day one. The title reflects the trajectory: you'll be our Director of Technology today and our CIO or CTO as the companies scale. If you want to spend your career managing tickets, this is not the job. If you want to build things that matter and grow into an executive, keep reading.
What You'll Own
- Lead all active development projects across the company portfolio — websites, internal tools, customer-facing apps, and automation systems
- Manage and coordinate our offshore development team: translate business needs into clear technical specs, set priorities, track delivery, and hold the team accountable
- Act as the bridge between operations leadership and the dev team — own the communication loop, surface blockers early, and keep projects moving
- Leverage AI tools at the highest level to accelerate development, conduct research, write specs, generate and review code, and solve problems faster than any traditional developer
- Build and maintain new web applications, sites, and digital products from initial concept through production deployment
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and technologies to improve how we build and operate
- Document systems, processes, and architectural decisions so the team can scale without depending on one person
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (or near-graduate) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or self-taught with a portfolio that speaks for itself
- Genuine mastery of AI-assisted development: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, and others not as novelties but as force multipliers in your daily workflow
- Hands-on experience with modern web development — you've shipped real projects, not just coursework
- Strong communication skills: you can write a clear brief for an offshore team and explain status plainly to a non-technical executive
- A project management mindset — you think in timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, not just code
- Intellectual curiosity and genuine hunger to grow — you read about tech because you want to, not because you have to
- Comfort with ambiguity: startups don't hand you a playbook, and you're okay being the one who writes it
- Hands-on experience using VICIdial and Asterisk 18
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Next.js, React, JavaScript / TypeScript, PHP, Java, Node.js, PostgreSQL / MySQL, REST APIs, Git / GitHub, AWS / Vercel / cloud hosting, AI / LLM integrations, prompt engineering
You don't need to be an expert in all of these. We care far more about your ability to learn fast, use AI intelligently, and ship working products than about checking every box on a skills list.

- Real ownership over systems that matter; your decisions will be in production
- Clear path to a C-suite title and compensation as the portfolio scales
