Are you a recent college graduate, bilingual, outgoing, and motivated to build a career in sales?

Masters Building Products is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale.

We're looking for someone with energy, confidence, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed. Previous sales experience is helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Your First 6 Months

$60,000 Base Salary + $20,000 Guaranteed Bonus

That's $80,000 in guaranteed compensation during your first six months.

You'll have the opportunity to learn the business, develop your sales skills, build valuable customer relationships, and establish a strong foundation for a long-term career.

What You'll Do

Build Customer Relationships

Develop relationships with new and existing customers and become a trusted resource for their building material needs.

Generating New Business

Identify and pursue new opportunities through phone calls, referrals, networking, showroom visits, follow-ups, and other business development activities.

Manage the Sales Process

Work with customers from the initial conversation through quoting, negotiating, closing, and follow-up.

Grow Your Network

Develop long-term relationships with builders, architects, designers, general contractors, and other industry professionals.

Becoming a Product Expert

Learn about our products, pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and the latest trends in the building materials industry.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Respond quickly to customer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer receives outstanding service.

Support the Showroom

Help create a professional and welcoming showroom experience for customers and prospects.

Track Your Business

Use company systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage customer information, opportunities, sales activity, and follow-ups.

Work as a Team

Collaborate with experienced sales professionals and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Bilingual Is Essential

Our customers come from diverse backgrounds, and strong communication is critical to our success.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Your bilingual skills will allow you to communicate with a broader customer base, develop stronger relationships, and create additional business opportunities.

$60,000 Base Salary

$20,000 Guaranteed Bonus — First 6 Months
