Full Job Description

Automotive F&I Manager – Confidential Franchised Dealership

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE F&I MANAGERS ONLY

Minimum 2 years of verifiable Automotive F&I Manager experience required. This is not an entry-level position. Only qualified candidates will be considered.

The Opportunity

An established, high-performing franchised dealership in the Fort Lauderdale area is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Automotive F&I Manager.

We are looking for a sharp, competitive, results-driven finance professional who knows how to produce while protecting the dealership and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The right candidate understands that great F&I performance is about more than PVR. You must be able to structure difficult deals, maximize approvals, effectively present products, maintain strong lender relationships, and execute every deal with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Structure and finalize retail and lease transactions accurately and efficiently.
Secure financing and maximize approvals through a diverse lender network.
Present F&I products professionally, transparently, and consistently.
Drive strong PVR and product penetration while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Review every deal for accuracy, funding requirements, and compliance.
Maintain clean, complete, and fundable deal documentation.
Work closely with sales managers and the sales team to ensure an efficient deal flow.
Maintain and develop strong lender relationships.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Automotive F&I Manager experience required.
Proven track record of strong F&I production and product penetration.
Strong deal-structuring and lender-approval skills.
Experience with retail financing and leasing.
Excellent menu presentation and closing ability.
Strong understanding of automotive F&I compliance.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Professional, competitive, accountable, and customer-focused.
Experience with Darwin preferred.

Process and system training will be provided to the selected candidate.
