At Rest Assured Home Buyers, we help homeowners navigate difficult situations and create solutions that work for everyone involved.

Some of our sellers are facing foreclosure.Some inherited properties they don’t want.Some are dealing with probate, liens, vacant homes, or properties that have become burdens instead of assets.

Our job isn’t to pressure people into selling.

Our job is to listen, understand their situation, and determine whether we can help.

We’re growing and looking for a Lead Manager to join our team. But this isn’t a traditional Lead Manager position. We’re hiring future Acquisition Specialists.

The goal of this role is simple: learn the business, master our sales process, and earn the opportunity to transition into an Acquisition Specialist role where you’ll negotiate contracts, close deals, and participate directly in the growth of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first voice many homeowners hear when they contact us.

You’ll build trust, understand their situation, and determine whether we’re the right solution for them.

On a typical day, you’ll:

Answer inbound leads and respond quickly to missed calls.
Speak with homeowners to understand their goals, challenges, and timelines.
Build rapport and gather information that helps us determine whether we can help.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and text messages.
Re-engage older opportunities that may now be ready to move forward.
Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM.
Work closely with our acquisitions team and company leadership.
Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training.

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years of sales experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confidence in speaking with people from all backgrounds and situations.
A strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
Curiosity and willingness to learn.
High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience in real estate investing, inside sales, or appointment setting is helpful but not required.
