Full Job Description

Position Summary
The Lead Membership Experience Coordinator is the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of our studio. This role combines exceptional client service, membership sales, marketing support, and daily studio operations to create a seamless and elevated experience for every client who walks through the doors. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, and passionate about wellness and Pilates, helping to foster a warm, supportive, and professional studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience by warmly welcoming members and guests, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a strong sense of community
Support membership growth through studio tours, lead follow-up, membership consultations, and relationship-based sales
Assist with client onboarding, retention initiatives, and ongoing member engagement
Manage front desk operations, scheduling, client accounts, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily studio operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment that reflects the studio's brand and standards
Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement, content creation, community outreach, and promotion of studio events and programs
Collaborate closely with instructors and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient studio operations
Address client questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
Monitor operational needs, studio supplies, and systems to support day to day business functions
Take initiative in improving processes, enhancing member experience, and contributing to the continued growth of the studio
Embrace opportunities for professional development and growth within a growing wellness company

Experience & Qualifications

Strong customer service, hospitality, or client experience background
Sales experience preferred, particularly in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service-based environment
MindBody Online experience preferred and a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine client relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and administrative responsibilities
Interest in marketing, social media, and community engagement
Passion for health, wellness, longevity, fitness, or Pilates is highly desirable
