RN: $45–$55/hour | LPN: $32–$35/hour

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing clinical team. Available Opportunities:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Skilled Home Health Field Nurse – Skilled nursing visits including comprehensive assessments, supervisory visits, complex wound care, medication management, and more.
IVIG & Specialty Infusion Field Nurse – Administration of IVIG and specialty biologic infusions, peripheral IV insertion, central line management, infusion monitoring, and patient education.
Psychiatric Facility Nurse – Direct patient care in residential and behavioral health facilities during 12-hour shifts.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Skilled Home Health Field Nurse – Skilled nursing visits including wound care, medication management, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Psychiatric Facility Nurse – Direct patient care in residential and behavioral health facilities during 8- and 12-hour shifts.

Compensation:

Registered Nurses

$45.00–$55.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurses

$35.00/hour – Skilled Home Health Visits
$32.00/hour – Psychiatric Facility Shifts

Core Responsibilities for all positions:

Depending on your position and assignment, responsibilities may include:

Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, skilled nursing visits, and supervisory visits.
Perform specialty nursing procedures and treatments within your area of clinical competency, in accordance with physician orders, evidence-based practice, and agency standards.
Assess and monitor patient condition, reporting significant changes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
Coordinate care with physicians, office staff, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Complete accurate, timely electronic documentation.
Maintain compliance with AHCA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, and agency standards.

Technology Skills Required for all positions:

Candidates must be comfortable using technology independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required technology skills include:

Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) documentation
Smartphones and tablets for mobile documentation
Email and secure electronic communication
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
Ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Accurate, timely completion of electronic documentation without assistance
Ability to independently troubleshoot basic technology issues, including mobile applications, passwords, internet connectivity, and electronic documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN)

Active, unrestricted Florida RN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience
Minimum one year of home health nursing experience
Technology proficient
Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in area of specialty

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Active, unrestricted Florida LPN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum one year of home health nursing experience
Minimum one year of experience in at least one specialty area, including medical-surgical, rehabilitation, long-term care, wound care, or psychiatric nursing
Technology proficient
Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently

Include the IVIG products you have administered (e.g., Privigen, Gammaked, Octagam, etc.,), the approximate number of IVIG patients you have cared for, your experience with infusion rate titration, managing infusion reactions, peripheral IV insertion, and documenting infusion visits. Please also indicate how recently you have performed IVIG infusions (within the last 6 months, 1 year, etc.). If you are not applying for an IVIG Infusion Nurse position, please enter "N/A."
Please describe your recent hands-on wound care experience. Include the types of wounds you have treated (e.g., pressure injuries, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, traumatic wounds), the wound care products and dressings you have applied (e.g., wound vacs/NPWT, Santyl, Hydrofera Blue, alginate, foam dressings, compression wraps), and whether you have independently performed wound assessments, measurements, staging, and documentation. Please indicate how recently you have provided wound care (within the last 6 months, 1 year, etc.).
If you are an RN, please describe your experience completing Start of Care (SOC) visits and reassessments in a home health setting. Include approximately how many SOCs and reassessments you complete each month, whether you are comfortable performing comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, medication reconciliation, care planning, and OASIS documentation (if applicable), and how recently you have performed these visits. If you are not applying for an RN position or this question does not apply to you, please enter "N/A."
Do you live in Broward County (only applicants living in Broward County will be considered)?
If you are applying for an IVIG Infusion Nurse position, please describe your experience starting peripheral IVs (PIVs), particularly in clients who are difficult sticks. Include how many PIVs you typically start each week or month, your success rate, the types of difficult access you have managed (e.g., rolling veins, fragile veins, dehydration, obesity, elderly).
