Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are a small family owned business seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a focus on AP/AR to join our team. This position will be responsible for the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes. This position will also carry out Administrative Assistant functions and other various office tasks to support our Maintenance Technicians and Management.

Duties

Process all accounts payable transactions, including invoicing, data entry, and payment processing.
Manage accounts receivable activities by generating invoices for customers, tracking payments, and performing collections.
Reconcile vendor statements and perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions within QuickBooks.
Handle confidential information with integrity while managing data entry tasks with precision.
Ensure timely payment for all vendor, supplier, and subcontractor accounts.
Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivables.
Familiarity with QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills combined with excellent attention to detail for data entry.
Excellent customer service skills for interacting with vendors and customers.

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

Accounts Payable/Receivable: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
