Full Job Description

We are hiring an elite, process-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership team.

Job Overview

As our Automotive Sales Manager, you will oversee the entire vehicle sales operation. You will lead, coach, and hold salespeople accountable to high performance standards. We are looking for a tech-savvy manager who embraces artificial intelligence, masters modern CRM platforms, and implements a disciplined daily routine for the sales staff.

Mandatory Interview Screening Questions

To apply, you must be prepared to email detailed answers to the following screening questions:

Professional Training: Have you been professionally trained? If yes, through which specific institution, academy, or platform?
Multi-Channel Growth: How do you systematically increase business across Internet, phone, walk-in, and database channels?
Staff Development: What specific training do you do with your salespeople, and what does your training calendar look like?
Daily Disciplines: What exact tasks do you require your salespeople to do daily to stay productive?
Phone Strategy: How many phone calls do you make daily as a manager, and who exactly do you call? How many calls do you listen to and what system do you use?
CRM & Software: What CRM do you currently use, and are you highly proficient in CRM systems?
AI Integration: Do you currently have AI tools in your dealership? If yes, how do you utilize them?
Business Development: Ultimately, what do you do differently to continuously increase business?

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and hold automotive salespeople accountable to daily performance metrics.
Process Enforcement: Establish and audit daily sales workflows to ensure high closing ratios on all lead sources.
Tech Optimization: Utilize CRM and cutting-edge automotive AI tools to maximize lead conversion.
Deal Structuring: Desk deals efficiently, handle tough desking objections, and step in to help close sales.
Inventory Control: Monitor vehicle inventory daily to maximize turn rates, gross profit, and F&I penetration.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership sales manager experience is strictly required.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment screening.
CRM Mastery: Strong proficiency in CRM is highly preferred.
AI & Tech Literacy: Comfortable leveraging automotive artificial intelligence for marketing, follow-ups, or analytics.
License: Valid driver’s license.
Hours: 8am to 8pm Monday thru Saturday with half day off (Tues, Weds, Thurs). Closed on Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $180,000 to $350,000+ per year (Competitive base plus aggressive, performance-based commissions and bonuses).
Health: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance packages after 90 days.
Vacation after 1 year.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
