Full Job Description

The position opening is for a fast paced office Veterinary Hospital. Work with animals, and people on a daily basis for all phases of Pet medical and health care, mainly dealing with client interaction, records, and payment processing. Work hand in hand with medical staff.

Position requires dealing with people on phone and in person in a respectful, friendly manner. Experience in health care industry or veterinary industry is helpful, but not mandatory. We can train the right person who is looking to get into this field.

Must be computer literate in Microsoft office, internet applications, and email systems. Impromed Infinity software a plus, but if not we can train you. Ideal candidate will be someone Responsible, hard working, friendly, good speaker, multi tasker, and organized. Responsible for money, financial reports, medical records, and file keeping. Looking for someone who can work 20 to 40 hours per week, trustworthy, detail oriented, and a multi-tasker.

Schedule Will include Monday shift Full day. Friday Full Day, and Saturdays on an every other week or every Saturday. Part time shifts for applicants with experience are open for every Saturday if you are looking for Extra income with your current job.

We are Open Monday 830am to 7pm, Tuesday through Friday 830am to 5 pm, and Saturday 830 to 330pm. No over night or evening hours.

I will entertain a phone interview, but essentially we have to meet in person to be considered and hired. We are a medical facility so gloves, and masks along with hand washing is part of our lives. Applicants must be ready to have direct contact with people, and abide by safety protocols with covid precautions in mind.

Part time schedule will consist of approx 20 to 28 hours a week.

Full time 37-40. Overtime over 40 hours.
