Full Job Description

River Quarry Apartments and The Seasons Apartments are seeking a Leasing Consultant to work full time, 5 days per week including Saturday. Your time will be split between two of our apartment communities. In this role, you will be mainly responsible for leasing apartment homes to potential residents and assisting current residents all while providing outstanding customer service.

How does a 30% rent discount sound? Employees who live on-site are eligible for this monthly discount after 3 months of employment.

(Leasing experience is NOT necessary. We will teach you!) - Attitude and hard work are what matters here.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

Working consistently to optimize occupancy while maintaining the established lease rents.

Maintaining office presentation professionally.

Responding to phone and email inquiry leads throughout the day.

Showing vacant units and giving tours of the community.

Leasing apartments by actively marketing and promoting the apartment community.

Processing applications, ensuring that the documentation is complete and meets company requirements.

Preparing lease and move-in packets and maintaining communication logs.

Promoting the company's vision and demonstrating courteous communication & customer relations skills

Requirements:

Strong customer service experience.

Excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and write English; speak and understand spoken English. Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express & Internet Research.

High School Diploma required.

Ability to work every Saturday.

Salary and Benefits:

$25 -$27 per hour with a base salary of $19.00 per hour plus commission for each new lease. Commissions are paid each pay period upon resident move-in. Leasing Consultants can average 1-3 commissions each pay period, which adds $5-$6 per hour each pay period. Also eligible for team renewal bonuses. Employees are eligible for a housing discount of 30% while living on-site after 3 months.

You would be eligible for 12 PTO days, paid holidays, plus your birthday off. Employer covers 95% of medical premiums for employees, 50% of dental premiums, and 100% of vision premiums and funds a life insurance policy for every full-time employee. After six months of employment, employees are eligible to enroll in a 401k program with an employer match.
