Our team thrives on providing outstanding customer service, innovative solutions, and a collaborative work environment. We are seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to join our team and serve as the face of our company, helping customers find the best HVAC solutions for their needs.

Job Title: Comfort Advisor

Location: Boise, ID

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Comfort Advisor to assess client needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and drive sales through exceptional service and expertise. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and provide tailored recommendations for HVAC systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with customers to evaluate their HVAC needs

- Educate clients on HVAC system options, energy efficiency, and available products and services

- Provide accurate, customized recommendations and quotes for system installations, replacements, or upgrades

- Close sales by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating the value of proposed solutions

- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales in CRM software

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations

- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC, home improvement, or a related industry

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and their components (technical training provided)

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first mindset

- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
