A To B Motorcoach is a family-owned Idaho motorcoach company serving customers throughout Idaho and the Mountain West. We are looking for dependable, professional CDL motorcoach drivers to join our team. Drivers may be based out of either our Nampa-area or Rupert-area location.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate MCI motorcoaches for charter groups, tours, sporting events, corporate groups, and special events.
- Transport passengers throughout Idaho and the Mountain West.
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Assist passengers with luggage and boarding when needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional coach.
- Maintain required DOT and company records.
- Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatch, and company staff.
- Report mechanical issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, state, and company safety requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each trip.
Requirements
- Valid CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement.
- Current DOT medical certification.
- Clean/acceptable driving record.
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous motorcoach experience preferred.
Schedule
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. Schedules vary based on trip demand and may include:
- Day and overnight trips
- Multi-day tours
- Evenings and weekends
- Sporting and special events
- Seasonal and charter transportation
