Full Job Description

Job Overview:

Our restaurant group includes Saint Lawrence Gridiron, Suite 104 and Rustica. We are hiring experienced servers at each location.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards
- Assist with menu recommendations and up-selling
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS system (Toast)
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food industry is required
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
- Familiarity with reservation platforms like "Resy" is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
