Position Summary

We are seeking a mechanically minded Assembly Technician/Machine Operator to support both our assembly and machining operations. This position is primarily focused on assembly (approximately 60–80% of the role), while also providing support in machining and other manufacturing processes (approximately 20–40%) as production needs require. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes initiative, enjoys hands-on work, and is eager to develop a broad manufacturing skill set. While prior experience in assembly, machining, or manufacturing is beneficial, we place greater value on a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

· Assemble parts and products using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment.

· Operate and assist with CNC and conventional machine tools as assigned, including loading parts, performing basic setups, deburring, and supporting production operations.

· Read work instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure proper assembly.

· Inspect components and finished products using measuring instruments and perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

· Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies.

· Assist with machine setup or operation when needed.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

· Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.

· Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periods.
