ABOUT US

Skin N' Tox Aesthetics in Meridian, Idaho is a premier aesthetics practice committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a welcoming and results-driven environment. We are excited to launch a new Functional Health Program alongside our flagship aesthetics practice, and we are looking for an experienced provider to help build this service line from the ground up.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for holistic health and proven experience in areas such as hormone optimization, gut health, thyroid health, weight management, and peptide therapy. As a foundational team member, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to influence and scale a cutting-edge program.

ROLE SUMMARY

We're hiring an experienced Functional Health Provider to lead patient consultations and care in our new Functional Health service line. We're looking for a clinician with a proven track record in functional or integrative health who can help build this program from the ground up and hit the ground running.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct initial and ongoing patient consultations, including medical history review, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management, and wellness panel review
Perform clinical procedures including injections and subcutaneous pellet implantation
Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on lab work, patient history, and wellness goals; order and review labs as needed
Assess and address changes in patient health, and prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient needs, treatment plans, and services in medical records
Engage regularly with patients through the patient portal and maintain consistent communication with staff
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Collaborate with the clinic team and administrative staff to provide comprehensive, cohesive patient care
Commit to continuing education and stay current on functional and integrative medicine developments
Maintain all state licensing, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with Idaho regulations
Uphold HIPAA guidelines and company confidentiality policies

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Active clinical license — NP or PA required (Idaho)
Prior functional health experience required — hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management, or related modalities
Existing patient base preferred
Strong patient communication and consultative skills
Comfort building and scaling a new service line
Proficient with EMR systems
Analytical and critical thinking skills with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000/year, based on experience
CME reimbursement stipend
Health insurance, PTO, and 401K (FT employees)
Discounts on clinic services

WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:00pm; subject to change based on client demand
