Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Injector Instructor to join our healthcare education team. In this vital role, you will lead the training and development of nursing professionals in advanced injection techniques, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and safety. Your expertise will empower clinical staff, foster a culture of continuous learning, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both individual careers and overall patient outcomes through comprehensive instruction and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging clinical instruction on injection procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic or therapeutic injections, adhering to current medical standards and safety protocols
Develop and update training curricula that align with state healthcare regulations, HIPAA policies, and industry best practices
Assess learners’ skills through practical demonstrations and evaluations, providing constructive feedback to promote growth
Lead hands-on training sessions for nursing staff, medical assistants, and other clinical personnel in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and home care environments
Maintain detailed documentation of training activities, learner progress, and compliance records in accordance with medical documentation standards
Stay current with physiology knowledge, anatomy, medical terminology, and evolving health regulation policies to ensure accurate instruction
Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams to identify training needs and develop tailored educational programs that enhance team leadership and clinical instruction skills

Qualifications

Proven critical care experience with a strong background in adult education and clinical staff training
Demonstrated expertise in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology, and acute care procedures
Prior teaching clinical instruction experience preferred; experience in precepting or mentoring is highly valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and report generation; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous
Knowledge of health regulation policies such as HIPAA and state healthcare regulations essential for ensuring compliance during training activities
Strong team leadership skills with a focus on training & development, adult learning principles, and nursing leadership experience
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly while fostering an engaging learning environment
