Business Development Coordinator

RCF Commercial Cleaning | Boise, Idaho

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

$18-$20hr + Performance Bonuses

RCF Commercial Cleaning is looking for an organized, outgoing and resourceful Business Development Coordinator to work directly with our President and help drive our continued growth throughout the Treasure Valley.

This is a hands-on business development position for someone who enjoys researching companies, finding the right people, making phone calls, following up and keeping opportunities organized.

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson. You do need to be comfortable talking with businesses, asking questions, doing research and following through.

Your primary role will be to help identify and develop new business opportunities while keeping our sales process organized and moving forward.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Business Development

- Research prospective businesses, commercial properties and target accounts

- Identify facility managers, property managers, business owners and other decision-makers

- Make outbound calls to businesses to identify who manages janitorial services and vendor relationships

- Learn when prospective clients review cleaning contracts, request bids or consider new service providers

- Research and verify contact information using online resources and sales tools

- Assist with introductory email outreach and ongoing prospect follow-up

- Help develop relationships with prospective clients over time

- Schedule qualified introductions, sales meetings and building walkthrough appointments.

Sales Pipeline & CRM

- Maintain accurate leads, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce

- Document conversations, follow-up dates and next steps

- Track prospects that may not be ready today but could become future opportunities

- Help ensure follow-ups are completed consistently and opportunities don't fall through the cracks

- Maintain organized prospect and target-account lists

- Assist with targeted business-development campaigns

Proposals & RFP Support

- Assist with proposal and RFP research and preparation

- Gather company information and supporting documentation for proposals

- Help organize walkthrough information and facility details

- Assist with preparing and assembling professional proposal materials

- Track proposal deadlines and required documents

- Maintain organized proposal and sales files

- Follow up on submitted proposals as directed

What Success Looks Like

You'll help our President spend more time meeting prospects, conducting facility walkthroughs, developing cleaning solutions and building client relationships—and less time searching for contact information, updating Salesforce and managing administrative sales tasks.

Over time, you'll become someone who can take a target company or commercial property, research it, identify the right decision-maker, begin outreach, manage follow-up and bring the President into the conversation when a qualified opportunity develops.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are

- Comfortable picking up the phone and talking with businesses you don't already know

- Naturally curious and good at researching and finding information

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Professional and personable in written and verbal communication

- Persistent without being pushy

- Comfortable asking questions and starting conversations

- Able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups without losing track of details

- Comfortable learning technology, CRM systems and sales tools

- Able to work independently and take ownership of assignments

- Reliable and consistent

- Someone who follows through on what you say you'll do

- Interested in learning B2B sales and business development

Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, proposal preparation, commercial real estate, facility services or B2B sales is helpful but not required. We're willing to train the right person.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Full-Time

This is an in-person position working directly with our President and team in Boise.

Compensation

$18-20 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.

This position also offers the opportunity to grow in responsibility as our sales and business-development program expands.

We serve commercial facilities throughout the Treasure Valley and continue to grow through long-term relationships, referrals and proactive business development.

We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of that growth.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
