Burn Boot Camp Eagle is looking for a part-time Trainer available 5 - 20 hours per week (Mon - Fri, and alternating Saturdays) for any of our early morning, mid morning, afternoon, and evening 45 minutes fitness classes - we call these "camps:.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Trainer role is a fun and exciting opportunity to join one of the nation’s fastest growing fitness franchises. You will have the opportunity to influence others with your knowledge and passion for fitness and healthy lifestyles. In this role, you will be training 45-minute classes, aka "camps" and meeting with members one-on-one to offer goal-setting and fitness advice. You will provide an unmatched workout for our clients, while fostering community and achieving client’s goals – just a few highlights to how you will make a lasting impact on our members.

You will also be responsible for supporting growth of our member base and utilizing the promotion of additional revenue streams and systemwide challenges to diversify revenue, i.e. promoting our quarterly challenges and membership promotions, promoting our line of nutrition supplements and retail, etc. The Trainer leads with appreciation, passion, excitement and is the driving force in providing a positive community for change. The Trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), and creating an environment of support to exceed our client’s expectations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- All Trainers:

o Train 4-20 camps per week, adhering to the Protocol provided by Burn Boot Camp HQ.

o Be a part of a team of trainers focused on member experience, protocol execution and location growth.

o Deliver top quality service focused on the Burn Boot Camp philosophy and 5 pillars of success.

o Perform Focus Meetings with a minimum of 60% of the active members. The goal is reaching a minimum 80% of members individually.

o Engage in location social media and email marketing strategies following all posting and communication standards in an effort to develop a strong social media presence and high engagement on all platforms.

o Attend a minimum of one community event per month and participate in all philanthropic events.

o Responsible for closing 60% of trials and working with the Burn Ambassador to maximize the client experience.

o Responsible for following up with clients currently on a trial to promote individualized attention.

o Return equipment and organize gym at the end of morning/evening camps to keep the gym organized.

o Promptly report facility needs to the Franchise Partner, i.e. damaged equipment, holes in walls, etc.

o Promptly report any injuries, accidents, incidents, etc to the Franchise Partner.

o Participate in a weekly staff meeting focused on protocol, current initiatives, future goals and events, transformation stories, current happenings, promotional ideas, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communicator with a strong passion for people, culture, and desire to serve members

- MUST POSSESS a valid and acceptable Certified Personal Trainers Certificate or a degree in an exercise science field

- Valid CPR certification

- Ability to pass the Burn Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning test (SAC)

- Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while communicating in a positive and motivating manner

- Ability to train all fitness levels and knowledge of physiology, technique, and body mechanics

- Embodies a hustle and grind focus to achieve goals and growth, personally and professionally

- Have a deep understanding and presence in social media
