Full Job Description

The role of BIM Coordinator supports the execution, coordination, and quality control of BIM on complex, of ongoing projects in the United States. This role works closely with Micron Global Teams, Micron Site Teams, and third‑party Architects, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure project BIM standards, workflows, and deliverables align with Micron requirements. This is a hands‑on coordination role, focused on BIM Execution Plan (BEP) development, standards compliance, coordination support, and data readiness across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a day‑to‑day BIM coordination point of contact for assigned projects.
Utilize BIM and project delivery tools including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, SharePoint Online. Enforce model organization, naming conventions, and folder structures across Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
Support implementation of project BEP's in alignment with Micron standards and project requirements.
Monitor third‑party design and construction partners for compliance with BIM workflows, LOD compliance, project deliverables, and metadata expectations.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support resolution of spatial, constructability, and coordination issues.
Review and coordinate BIM models across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, process, cleanroom, and all additional discipline scopes.
Assist with constructability reviews, model‑based change analysis, and periodic field verification.
Support project teams and site personnel with model navigation and information retrieval.

Minimum Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a BIM or VDC coordination role supporting construction projects.
Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, Autodesk software, ACC, coordination processes, and general industry standards.
Working knowledge of BIM coordination and model review tools including Navisworks and equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with construction delivery methods such as Design‑Build and Design‑Bid‑Build with a high level of Owner involvement and oversight.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills to work effectively with designers, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and issue resolution in BIM coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in developing deeper expertise in BIM/VDC best practices and emerging tools.
Experience supporting high‑tech, semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or industrial facilities.
Familiarity with reality capture or field verification workflows.
Experience supporting as‑built documentation and construction handover deliverables.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
