We are a boutique wealth management practice in Boise, Idaho, built on a foundation of deep, comprehensive financial planning. Our advisor holds a CFP®, CPA, and CLU® credentials that reflect the rigor and breadth of advice we deliver to every client.

We are not a transactional firm. We do full-spectrum planning: retirement income strategies, tax optimization, estate considerations, insurance analysis, Social Security timing, investment policy, and beyond. Our clients trust us with the full picture of their financial lives.

Position Overview and Purpose

The Client Service Associate is a key operations and client service position that supports both clients and advisors through exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through. The primary function of this role is to ensure a seamless client experience by coordinating service requests, processing account paperwork, managing workflows, preparing meeting materials, and supporting the implementation of client recommendations. This role serves as an integral part of the client experience and helps ensure every commitment made to clients is delivered accurately, efficiently, and professionally.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and committed to providing exceptional client service.

Specific responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

· Have a clear understanding of Albers Wealth Management’s planning philosophy and its application for financial planning solutions.

· Assist advisors in the onboarding of a new client by providing direct client support and implementation of the financial plan.

Prepare all documentation and information needed to submit an insurance application for underwriting and investment account for opening.
Complete the onboarding process for new clients and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner with attention to accuracy.
Understand the insurance and investment products utilized in our planning philosophy and troubleshoot issues that arise during onboarding and servicing. Become a trusted source of information for clients and team members.
Serve as a point of contact for service requests from clients. Build a rapport with clients and understand their financial circumstance and objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify leads and tactfully request client referrals when appropriate.
Review client services team processes for improvement opportunities and may lead projects that enhance these processes for the firm.

Education and Industry Experience

Required

· Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to dive deep into new topics and independently learn new concepts.

· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

· Highly detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to set priorities autonomously.

· Highly accomplished technical skills with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information.

· Coachable, self-aware, passionate about learning and willing to be vulnerable.

Desired

· Preferred experience in the insurance, investment, or financial service industry.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other business-related degrees.

· Industry relevant certifications such as state insurance licenses or FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
