We are hiring for a Kitchen Manager for our restaurant Santo Cielo in downtown Naperville.

The ideal candidate should be bilibgual (english/spanish) and has extensive experience running kitchen. Especially in Mexican and/or Latin Cuisine.

The right candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

 Quality control
 Monitoring food and labor costs
 Ensuring consistent food presentation
 Communicating effectively with all BOH and FOH staff
 Conducting effective pre-shift meetings
 Monitoring back-of-house schedules
 Monitoring back-of-house time clock-in and clock-out
 Managing prep sheets to ensure staff efficiency and focus
 Managing product ordering sheet and inventory taking
 Recording product waste using specified sheets
 Monitoring food labeling and rotation in walk-in cooler
 Monitoring shift closing using checklists
 Monitoring kitchen cleaning using cleaning lists
 Ensuring back-of-house employees are uniform up to standards
 Monitoring certifications for all back-of-house personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
